2. Event Registration & Tickets

• Tickets are non-transferable.
• All ticket sales are final unless event is cancelled by Marzi.
• Entry may require valid ID verification.
• Marzi reserves the right to deny entry in case of misuse.

3. Payments

Payments are processed via authorised payment gateways. Marzi is not liable for bank/payment failures.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled by Marzi. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

5. User Conduct

Users must not misuse the website, interfere with payment systems, or harass community members.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to Marzi and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Marzi is not liable for indirect damages or third-party failures.

8. Governing Law

Governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
